The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for working on all aspects of managing affiliate accounts. The role will include maintaining affiliate relationships, prospecting new affiliate partners, compliance monitoring, analytics and various other tasks as assigned. The Affiliate Manager is responsible for building new relationships with direct affiliates, as well as maximizing relationships with existing partners.

The ideal candidate will possess a background including: Affiliate Management, Email Marketing, Online Advertising and Marketing, Media Buying, Affiliate Marketing, Advanced Excel skills. The ideal candidate must be positive, enthusiastic, have great attention to detail, excellent verbal/written communication abilities and well organized. Our Client is looking for a candidate who is highly motivated and has extensive experience in the online advertising industry.
Compensation:
Salary to commensurate with experience. In addition we pay monthly commissions plus monthly and quarterly performance bonuses. the Employer offers full benefits including Health Insurance, Vision & Dental Coverage, Disability Insurance and Life Insurance.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of affiliate marketing experience
- Successful history working in a fast-growing, dynamic, metrics-driven business environment
- Knowledge of email marketing, search marketing, social media and display advertising
- Excellent verbal/written communication, presentation, customer service, and analytical skills
- Knowledge using Microsoft Office products
- BA/BS preferred
