Summary
“I have worked in various retail roles, sometimes with customers. I have back problems (documented) and am unable lift more than 15 pounds or stand on my feet without good padding. I am seeking an environment where I can have a good boss for once in my life. Even some mature co-workers would be nice. I wouldn’t mind a tele communicating role, except most of the opportunities I’ve found on craigslist ended up just being scams. I have had some management experience however I was relieved of that role due to threatening an employee who was texting while working.”

Nobody wants to hire someone that comes across as not being positive (no offense to the real Debbie Downers out there) but Employers are looking for Happy Hal.
