Performance Marketing Business Development Career Opportunity
This is not a 9-5 position. You will be asked to do some travel and the right candidate is someone that is always thinking about padding their commission checks by putting in the extra work.

Responsibilities:
- Pull in high quality CPL/CPA focused Advertisers.
- Work with the Affiliate team to make sure those new advertisers are receiving quality consumer conversion growth right away.
- Optimize Campaigns and Report Results to Clients.
- Represent the Company at trade shows and in a Professional Manner.
Minimum Qualifications
- You’re a great communicator (yo, yo, how you doin’ doesn’t count).
- 2-5 years of successful Business Development work for an Affiliate / Performance Marketing company.
- Focused on driving business (90% Hunter, 10% Farmer).
- Ability to take instruction from Management.
- Ability to document success and provide reports.
