As an Ad Ops specialist, you will be instrumental in providing value to our clients, and therefore integral to growing our business.

What you will be responsible for at AdRoll:
- Manage a high volume of accounts
- Identify upsell opportunities and effectively communicate these to sales and clients
- Troubleshoot and optimize campaigns
- Communicate new features and enhancements to our Product team
Candidate Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in online advertising
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel
- Web/tech savvy a must
- Knowledge of the latest trends associated with online marketing
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience interfacing with clients
- The ability to think and react quickly
- Deadline oriented
