Location: West Hollywood, CA
We are an ultra-fast growing brand and direct response online media company (display network) servicing all sectors of the display marketing arena. We are seeking a proven marketing/media professional to manage the development and growth for our online display ad network. Responsibilities include all aspects of network management and growth for all ad campaigns managed by us for our advertising clients.

Job Responsibilities:
- Meeting / exceeding individual quarterly revenue goals
- Consultative campaign management and optimization for book of business
- Tracking and analyzing campaign objectives and performance data to identify new growth opportunities
- Responsible for sourcing campaigns for clients and aligning with appropriate traffic and inventory based on geographic/contextual/demographic targeting, impression volumes and eCPM/eCPA performance expectations
- Coordinate with internal groups to launch new campaigns and troubleshoot existing campaigns
- Understanding engage:BDR’s products and inventory and effectively presenting these to our clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 2 Years minimum Display Media Account management experience required
- Understanding of performance internet display advertising (Ad Networks, Display Publishers, Ad Serving)
- Knowledge of web site conversion metrics, including CPM, CTR, CTL, CPC, CPL, CPA
Skills/Personal Characteristics:
- Self-starter, with demonstrated track record of executing and delivering in a fast paced and changing environment
- Problem identifier and solver
- Exceptional analytic and strategic thinking skills
- Extensive analytical capabilities in quantifying, reporting and documenting performance metrics
- Must have very strong organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to communicate across business channels (marketing, legal and technical personnel)
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft office (with emphasis on excel)
- Strong communication, follow through, attention to detail, problem solving skills
