Responsibilities:

As a Marketing Director for CLEARLINK, you would be responsible for the following:
- Design, implement, and facilitate marketing plan for home service brands or verticals
- Create business objectives and strategies to meet business goals.
- Design, implement and facilitate marketing budget for the brand or vertical team.
- Coordinate Business Development efforts with the Business Development Director.
- Supervise and develop SEO, PPC, Design and Copywriting team members.
- Build and develop a marketing team, which is competent in all aspects of direct response marketing and a focus in Online Marketing.
- Ensure the integration of the marketing team within the greater marketing department and ensure that the business unit optimizes its use of shared and dedicated services.
- Make staffing and hiring decisions within team.
Qualifications:
- BS/BA in Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experiences as a marketing manager or other leadership position.
- Experience with online marketing and direct response advertising
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage projects from inception through execution
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
