Our client, Offermarket.com, lead by industry veterans who have generated over $200 Million in Revenue in the Performance Marketing industry since 2000 is expanding rapidly.

With its proprietary CPC/CPA platform Offermarket.com is able to offer unique solutions to both publishers and advertisers. With no CPC ceiling for publishers and a broad range of verticals to choose from with new CPC and CPA, Offermarket.com is definitely not another fly by night network on some rented network.

If you are ready to take your career to the next level, we are hiring both Business Development personnel and Affiliate Managers. This posting is focused on the Business Development role.

Your Core Responsibilities:

  1. Close and develop new business relationships for Offermarket.com with companies seeking online advertising / lead generation
  2. Consult clients on an ongoing basis to help exceed their business objectives through recommending and implementing the most efficient methods of marketing their services and /pr products
  3. Negotiate contracts (non-legal items only), CPA’s, return policies and overall billable revenue on an ongoing basis
  4. Continuously think outside of the box to expand Offermarket.com’s clientele
  5. Supervise proper delivery of advertising campaigns in accordance with goals and objectives of the client
  6. Effectively manage sales cycle / pipeline from qualification, needs assessment, through close

Knowledge / Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of solid sales experience with at least 1 year working in a Business Development role within the Cost per Acquisition industry
  • Experience with structuring CPA, CPL, and CPC deals
  • Very strong negotiating skills leading to profitable relationships within the industry
  • Must be energetic, driven, a problem solver, and most importantly, a goal oriented individual
  • Must be a strong communicator and have excellent written skills
  • Willing to do moderate travel in order to meet with prospects at trade shows or at their offices
  • Must be highly motivated person with a proven ability to close new business in the online lead generation space

Physical requirements:

This position requires the ability to work during the regular office hours (9AM – 6 pm) and to be available for clients after hours.
